1. Scope of tours and included services

Our itineraries are designed for travel within Ukraine and may include transport and accommodation during the itinerary. Included services typically include:

• Transportation between itinerary locations as described for the selected tour/offer.
• Accommodation for the nights stated in the itinerary.
• Planned activities and visits as described on the tour page for the selected date.

Any items not expressly listed above (for example, meals, personal expenses, additional transfers, or optional excursions) are not included unless stated for the specific tour/offer.

2. Pricing transparency and availability limits

Prices are shown per person for the selected tour/offer and date, based on the information available at the time of listing. Final availability and final price may depend on the availability of accommodation and transport for the selected dates.

We may limit the number of seats/rooms for a given departure. If a tour is fully booked, we may offer alternative dates or a different itinerary, subject to availability.

3. Booking requests and electronic/distance offers

If your booking request is submitted online, it constitutes a distance offer/booking request. We will confirm whether we can accept it based on availability. The contract is formed only upon our confirmation.

Information provided prior to contracting (including itinerary description, included services, price, and key conditions) is intended to be clear and comprehensible, in line with your distance contracting rights and electronic commerce obligations under Ukrainian law.

4. Tour terms provided before agreement (tourism services)

For tourist services, we will provide the terms of the tourist services in a clear and reliable manner before you agree or otherwise conclude the booking. These Terms are intended to be read together with the specific tour/offer page details.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling, and changes

You may request cancellation or rescheduling by contacting us at contact@rusticad.com or using our website’s contact/lead form. Our cancellation/reschedule rules may vary by tour/offer and are subject to accommodation and transport policies.

If you need to change dates, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to availability. If certain services become unavailable due to circumstances outside our control, we may offer a reasonable alternative with comparable value, or cancel the tour/offer if alternatives are not possible.

6. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, disruptions affecting transport, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances). We also do not assume responsibility for personal actions, miscommunication of travel documents, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful under Ukrainian consumer protection and applicable mandatory rules.

7. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or provide false information in a booking request. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate for the duration of the booking process.

8. Accuracy of information and marketing claims

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of tours and offers. Where tour-related claims are made, they must not be misleading. If we provide information that depends on third-party availability (e.g., accommodation categories or transport schedules), we will update the information when possible.

9. Personal data and privacy notice

If you submit booking requests or contact us, we process personal data as required to respond and perform the service. You should review our Privacy Notice for the purposes, legal grounds, and your rights regarding personal data processing.
